Return Policy

Conditions for Returns

If you wish to return an item you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused in original packaging and in saleable condition. You must notify us by email before returning your item and include your order number in the message.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Maeve Dublin does not offer free returns. The full cost of return postage must be covered by the customer regardless of the reason for the return. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In such cases we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
