1. Company Details

Maeve Dublin is a women owned fashion business based in Dublin Ireland. Our company is registered under Irish law and we operate in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and other relevant legislation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions prices and availability are listed in good faith. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to make changes at any time without prior notice including correction of pricing errors. In the case of such errors we reserve the right to cancel orders or amend charges with notification.

4. Payment and Security

We accept secure payments via Visa Mastercard PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely and your card details are never stored on our servers. Payment must be completed before an order is confirmed.

5. Order Confirmation

Once you place your order you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability payment issues or suspected fraud.

6. Delivery and Ownership

All items remain the property of Maeve Dublin until full payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. Full delivery terms are available in our Shipping section.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under Irish and EU consumer law you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The cooling off period begins the day after your order arrives. If you wish to cancel you must contact us in writing and return the items in original unused condition.

8. Returns and Refunds

Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 14 days. You will receive the refund using your original payment method. Return shipping is at your expense unless the product was faulty or incorrectly delivered.

9. Limitation of Liability

Maeve Dublin is not responsible for indirect incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products shall be resolved exclusively in the Irish courts.
